Gelato is catalogued as a professional gamer and is one of the three Heil-Ly Morena advises on their abilities. She explicitly proposes turning their fights into systems comparable to games — a doctrine Contagion already embodies, with levels earned by killing and powers unlocked past twenty-one. What the levels are ultimately being spent on is Morena's own stated goal: to destroy Kakin, and then everything after it.
