Bungee Gum

hisoka

transmuter

Hisoka gives his aura the combined properties of rubber and gum: it is elastic, adhesive, resistant and capable of contracting on command with increasing force depending on its stretch. He can emit it from his hands or feet, fix it by contact or from a distance, attract a target, reflect projectiles, propel himself, run on walls, immobilize an opponent or close a wound. Separated from its body, it breaks beyond ten meters. Concealed with In, it forms almost imperceptible traps. After her death, Hisoka programmed it to compress his heart and lungs, then uses it as a prosthesis to replace his lost limbs.

Link characters, objects or page surfaces within emitted range; click a linked target again to retract every filament toward the first anchor.

Cost: Continuous aura · range and increasing tension

Texture Surprise

hisoka

conjurer

Hisoka applies his aura to a flat, smooth surface, such as paper, fabric or even a prosthesis made of Bungee Gum, in order to materialize the visual appearance of more than a thousand textures. The illusion is visible to non-Nen users and no longer leaves a detectable aura once active. However, it does not change the feel of the original surface, so contact can reveal the fake. Hisoka uses it to falsify texts, hide his injuries, and visually reconstruct his face and limbs.

Click a flat page surface repeatedly to cycle forged paper, metal, skin and camouflage textures without changing its function.

Cost: Low aura · flat limited surface

Emperor Time

kurapika

specialist

When Kurapika's eyes turn scarlet, he gains 100% proficiency in all Nen categories at the cost of one hour of his lifespan per second. Chapter 369 sets the ceiling: continuous use is capped at three hours, and going past it costs a black-out three times as long as the time spent — nine hours after the roughly three-hour count of chapter 368. Whoever is sharing the borrowed ability at the time, Oito in this case, goes down with him. Kurapika suspects the strength of the stolen ability may itself move the allotted time.

Sweep a whole section at 100% efficiency in every category at once; each activation bills three more hours of session life.

Cost: 1 second = 1 hour of life

Steal Chain

kurapika

conjurer

Kurapika's chain with conditions on targets. Violating them causes death.

Drive the syringe into a map character to drain their aura, hold them in Zetsu and keep one of their registered Hatsu.

Cost: Contact, maintained drain and one captured ability

Chain Jail

kurapika

conjurer

Chains that can bind and immobilize a target. Strength varies based on conditions.

Bind a Phantom Troupe member into forced Zetsu; selecting anyone else violates the fatal vow and immediately ends the Hatsu.

Cost: Kurapika’s life if used on a non-Spider

Dowsing Chain

kurapika

conjurer

Chain that can locate a specific target with precision.

Move the pendulum to track nearby controls, then click text or a section to test its signal for uncertainty and deception.

Cost: Sustained concentration and contextual information

Aura Manipulation

prince-benjamin

enhancer

Benjamin's powerful aura manipulation allows him to enhance his physical abilities significantly.

Click a target repeatedly to stack up to five layers of Ren; the fifth spills the mantle onto everything beside it.

Cost: Increasing aura per reinforcement layer

Erigeron

bill

enhancer

Bill significantly accelerates the growth of a living being by bringing his palms together. On a seed immersed in a glass of water, Erigeron makes it germinate in a few moments. The ability can also enhance a person's Nen abilities, but its effects remain weak on untrained or inexperienced individuals.

Click targets to accelerate growth; ordinary page life germinates quickly while character Nen develops in smaller increments.

Cost: Palms near the living target · repeated treatment

Transformation into a boat or vehicle

kurton

conjurer

Symbiotic-like ability allowing Kurton to transform his body into a boat or car capable of carrying up to five passengers, using their aura as fuel. Given his Nen type and the resemblance to Tsubone's ability, this transformation is most likely Materialization.

Board up to five page passengers, then click one passenger again to launch the whole convoy on their shared aura.

Cost: Shared passenger aura · five-seat limit

Little Eye

sayird

emitter

Sayird projects a sphere of aura onto an insect or other small living being in order to capture it and take control of it. The largest creature that can be handled is the size of a hamster. It perceives everything the animal sees and hears, while retaining the ability to distinguish the aura. Fast-moving animals are difficult to reach and insects can die from their many predators. Little Eye does not work on living beings materialized by aura, consumes very little aura and remains active if the user loses consciousness. The ability was stolen by Kurapika, passed on to Queen Oito, and then made available to Sayird after she used it.

Put the sphere on a host, then fly the insect room by room; aim at the room it is in to call it back. R changes its orders (Flown by hand, Working the deck, Filming): scouting it takes a door on its own, and filming, aiming at its own room records the room instead of recalling it.

Cost: Very low aura · flying insect host

Cross Game

mizaistom-nana

unknown

Mizaistom uses three cards to restrict a person's actions. The blue card admits her into the court, the yellow card places her under his control and the red card expels her. With the yellow card, he first shows the card and issues a warning. If the target ignores it, he turns the card over and announces “Restraint”: a rectangular parallelepiped confines him and prevents him from moving, without preventing him from speaking. The effect is brief, but can be reapplied as many times as necessary and used against multiple targets simultaneously.

Click one target through Blue admission, Yellow control, reversed Yellow restraint — which wears off — and Red dismissal.

Cost: Brief reusable card effects

Sacrificial Curse

beyond-netero

unknown

Beyond placed a powerful curse on many of his children. His mark is only visible with Gyo. She awakens children to Nen from birth and transforms them into cursed sacrifices of varying power. When a sacrifice dies, the curse kills the target chosen when it was placed. According to Longhi, it would be powerful enough to kill a prince despite its guardian Spirit Beast, even at great distances. One exorcist called Longhi's mark the most powerful curse he had ever observed. According to Queen Unma, Beyond can cause the death of her children at any time in order to trigger the curse.

Choose the distant victim; the sacrifice among its own is chosen with it and hidden, so use Gyo to find the mark before spending it.

Cost: Prepared child sacrifice · death · post-mortem Nen

Benjamin Baton

prince-benjamin

unknown

When a Nen user who swore loyalty to Benjamin dies, the First Prince inherits his ability. The deceased must have graduated from the Kakin Royal Military Academy and belonged to Benjamin's private army. The power manifests itself in the form of four stars in the right palm. An active ability continues under Benjamin's control after the death of its owner, even if he had lost control of it or if it had been stolen. The maximum number of inheritable abilities remains unknown and the power has similarities to Specialization.

Select deceased loyal soldiers on the map to awaken palm stars and activate their registered Hatsu from the inheritance panel.

Cost: Death and sworn military loyalty

Bohemian Rhapsody

prince-benjamin

unknown

After Benjamin dies, his Nen merges with his Guardian Spirit Beast and passes to one of his blood relatives. Benjamin and the Beast then alternate the choice of a new host whenever the current host dies. The first chooser remains determined by the ability. The fusion removes Benjamin from the Succession Contest but is intended to preserve Benjamin Baton and let him guide later rulers through his bloodline. Chapter 417 explains the mechanism but does not activate it.

After Benjamin dies, choose one blood relative as the next host. Before that death, the succession remains a declared plan rather than an active effect.

Cost: Benjamin's death · blood relative host · loss of Succession Contest eligibility

Air Blow

prince-benjamin

unknown

Ability inherited from Vincent. Its original user was attempting to activate it from his left palm in order to break the guard of a Nen user capable of stopping bullets with his aura. It does not appear to require direct contact with the target, but its precise functioning remains unknown.

Click an element from any distance to strip the guards another technique put on it; nothing is moved and nothing is touched.

Cost: Unknown emitted aura

Combo Master

furykov

specialist

Furykov conjures a hand-held console whose menus decipher a Nen ability he stays near, then fabricate equipment against it. Deciphering advances with cumulative co-presence and survives interruption; fabrication takes about as long but resets if he leaves the room or is interrupted. The console reports the days remaining, raises an immediate alert for any concealed Nen attack aimed at him and lists the other affected users, showing a question mark for any aura signature it cannot read. The only durations given are about ten days for a prince's Guardian Spirit Beast, 365 days to decode Beyond Netero's sacrificial curse and 700 days to counter it.

Stay in the room with the ability you want read; the console counts the time you spend beside it and reports the days left. SELECT then WEAPON, ARMOR or TOOL to build against what it decoded — and stay put, because fabrication starts again from zero if you leave.

Cost: Days of co-presence · no other Hatsu while it runs

Secret Window

musse

unknown

Musse creates three owl-shaped Nen beasts for intelligence gathering. One eavesdrops through barriers and another attaches by touch to transmit a target's words and actions; after prolonged observation, the user may review earlier footage. Benjamin inherits the ability after Musse's death.

Attach one owl to a page location or event to retain a live feed and expose movement or death recorded in the next chapter. Press R to choose which owl is sent: working the ship, on your shoulder, or let go unaimed.

Cost: One attached surveillance owl

Culdcept

prince-benjamin

unknown

Ability inherited from Shikaku used to acquire another Nen user's ability in the form of a card. The user brings their hands together, produces a flash of lightning, then forms an aura rectangle with their fingers, the color of which darkens during preparation. Its only known use failed against Halkenburg's arrow, capable of penetrating all defenses.

Click a Nen user, hold the aura rectangle through its charge, then activate the acquired ability from its Culdcept card.

Cost: Joined hands · charged aura rectangle

Stand By Me

yushohi

unknown

Yushohi lends Stand By Me to Chiyamasi before Benjamin's soldiers prepare to breach room 1009. Chapter 414 establishes the transfer but does not reveal the ability's combat effect, duration, natural Nen category or complete conditions.

Choose one allied soldier to carry Stand By Me. The revealed canon stops at the loan; no unshown combat effect is simulated.

Cost: Temporary transfer · further conditions unrevealed

Parallel Future

prince-tserriednich

specialist

When Tserriednich closes his eyes and activates Zetsu, he instantly receives a vision of the next ten seconds. If he holds Zetsu, real time resumes while his vision constantly stays ten seconds ahead; he simultaneously perceives the prediction and the present and can move again. When he ends the precognition, everyone in the vision except him perceives the next ten seconds exactly as predicted, even though he actually changes his actions due to his knowledge of the future. The possible connection to his personal Nen Beast and the effect on those absent from the vision remain unknown.

Observe next-chapter bodies for ten seconds and click possible actions to leave predicted afterimages while choosing a divergent reality.

Cost: Complete Zetsu · ten-second vision

The Boy Who Shoots the Arrow: Grimmel the Dissonance

prince-halkenburg

unknown

Halkenburg brings together the aura of the bearers of the pinion of his Guardian Beast who share the same will. This aura forms around the group an armor deemed invincible, while his own aura takes the form of an arc. The arrow passes through walls, abilities, and all defenses to the target, then swaps its soul with that of a randomly chosen marked bearer, including Halkenburg. The allied consciousness primarily takes control of the opposing body; the other remains asleep until the first sleeps or its body dies. If the allied wielder's body dies first, the target's soul returns to their body and takes priority. Halkenburg must probably agree to risk his life with each shot.

Materialize the bow, then strike a character; a marked bearer is chosen and the two visible bodies exchange positions and perspective.

Cost: United supporters · one bearer risks their soul

Without You

prince-kacho

unknown

Symbiotic and initially formless Guardian Beast, activated by the death of the first of the twins Kacho and Fugetsu. She takes on the deceased's appearance, personality, memories, and apparent consciousness, then stays with the survivor to protect her until she dies. In Kacho's form, she is visible to all, indistinguishable from the original, capable of interacting with Magical Worm and crossing material obstacles. The host being dead, its existence is supported by post-mortem Nen.

The guardian memorizes five interactions, intercepts one detected lethal event and can replay its protected memory trail. Press R to switch between Follow, Wander, and Scout modes.

Cost: Death of one twin · post-mortem persistence

Magical Worm

prince-fugetsu

unknown

Fugetsu's Guardian Beast materializes a Start Door opening onto a dimensional tunnel, then a trapdoor allowing you to emerge in another location. The door disappears as soon as it is closed, but Fugetsu can turn back as long as it does not come out entirely. Once out, a Return Door appears and initially led to a destination chosen and then opened by Kacho. The power normally only worked once a night and exhausted Fugetsu. After Kacho's death, Fugetsu appears to be able to open the return route on her own and repeat the routes, but this development could be caused by an enemy trap that causes her to become exhausted.

Right-click two map states to place Start and Return Doors; each crossing restores URL, tier and zoom but repeated use exhausts the site.

Cost: One safe nightly route · escalating exhaustion

Contagion

morena-prudo

specialist

Through her saliva, Morena can infect up to twenty-two people and track their location, condition, points, and level. A kill grants one level for an ordinary person, ten for a Nen user, and fifty for a prince. The quantity and flow of aura increases with each level; at level 20, the recruit manifests a unique ability, and at level 100 he in turn becomes Member Zero capable of creating his community. To infect a new target, Morena must play her negotiation game to a final answer Yes, kiss him and make him witness a murder committed by her or an ally. Before the three conditions, the target remains level zero. Cheating or abandoning the game can trigger a Manipulation limiting the answer to Yes or No. The effects persist until Morena or the target dies, or until the game is completed.

Infect a member at level 0, then point it at targets: a plain one is worth 1, a character 10, a heading 50, an ability comes at 20 and Member Zero at 100.

Cost: Membership, targets and escalating levels

Cat's Name

prince-camilla

unknown

Counterattack ability that activates after Camilla's death. An immense feline Nen Beast appears behind his murderer, crushes him between its paws and absorbs his life energy, destroying his body. The energy is concentrated into the glowing tip of its tail and then poured into Camilla's mouth, fully healing her wounds and resurrecting her. Post-mortem Nen makes the ability extremely powerful, but it does not protect Camilla from non-lethal injury and remains useless if the opponent refuses to kill her directly. It could work against several murderers. It is unknown whether Camilla must die in Zetsu or if she is only using it to facilitate her own death.

Click the direct killer to simulate Camilla’s death; the post-mortem cat crushes that culprit, absorbs life and restores the page.

Cost: Camilla’s death · identifiable direct killer

Skill Hunter

chrollo-lucilfer

specialist

Chrollo materializes a book in which he steals and retains the Nen abilities of others. He must see the ability in action, interview its owner and get answers, have the victim touch the blanket's imprint, all in less than an hour. The victim then loses his power. To use it, Chrollo opens the book to the correct page and holds it in his right hand. An ability normally disappears upon the death of its creator, unless post-mortem Nen maintains it. Skill Hunter can be improved; Chrollo believes he must steal a national treasure such as a Kakin Regalia to obtain the upgrade needed for his next target.

Click a button or link to steal it into the floating book; the original control is sealed while its copy remains usable.

Cost: Targeted control must be exposed

Double Face

chrollo-lucilfer

specialist

Bookmark specific to Bandit's Secret. Placed on a page, it maintains the corresponding ability even if the book is closed and thus frees both of Chrollo's hands. With the book open on another page, it allows you to use two stolen abilities simultaneously. This extension imposes additional conditions that are still unknown.

Bookmark up to two sections; both remain pinned and visible while you navigate the rest of the page.

Cost: Two simultaneous pages maximum

Indoor Fish

chrollo-lucilfer

unknown

Stolen ability summoning skeletal fish that only survive in a completely enclosed room. They devour human flesh without causing pain or bleeding; the victim remains conscious even after a fatal injury, the effects of which only become apparent when the fish disappear.

Click page copy to let the fish consume its words while the layout remains eerily intact until Zetsu.

Cost: Enclosed active page

Fun Fun Cloth

chrollo-lucilfer

conjurer

Materialized fabric, stolen from Owl, whose size varies at will. Any enveloped object or individual is miniaturized to fit in the palm, then returns to normal size once released, unharmed in the process.

Click any section to wrap it down to a palm-sized bundle; click the bundle to let it back out at full size, undamaged.

Cost: Stored targets remain bound

Teleport

chrollo-lucilfer

unknown

Unnamed stolen ability to teleport a person against their will. Chrollo used it without moving and without seeing the target or its destination to keep Nobunaga away from Hisoka. Its exact type is unknown, but the Emission is probable.

Click one element to move it somewhere else on the page; you do not choose where it lands and it is not asked.

Cost: Two valid destinations

The Sun and Moon

chrollo-lucilfer

unknown

Two symbols appear on the hands: a positive sun on the left and a negative moon on the right. Chrollo marks his targets by contact; when the two signs touch, they explode. Three to five seconds of charging produces an explosion capable of killing surrounding people. The Meteor City Elder's post-mortem Nen maintains power in Skill Hunter and retains the marks until they explode, even with a closed book.

Mark the Sun, hold the contact to charge it, then mark the Moon; the pair only goes off once the two marks touch, and a full charge takes the neighbours.

Cost: One Sun mark plus one Moon mark

Order Stamp

chrollo-lucilfer

conjurer

A materialized buffer animates an inert object with a head and imposes a simple vocal command on it. It does not work on real corpses, in accordance with the original creator's beliefs, but controls the body copies produced by Gallery Fake. Decapitation negates the effect; more than two hundred puppets can be ordered simultaneously.

Stamp up to 20 lifeless blocks that have a head; click a stamped one again to lock it in red, and once anything is locked the next click elsewhere is the order the locked puppets obey.

Cost: Only inanimate page bodies

Convert Hands

chrollo-lucilfer

unknown

The right hand gives the affected person the appearance of Chrollo, while the left gives them the appearance of their target. A touch of the two hands instantly exchanges their shapes. Only appearance changes, never abilities or personality, and the marks remaining on his palms can betray Chrollo.

Select two elements to exchange their visible identities while retaining their original destinations and behavior.

Cost: Two marked identities

Love Dial 6700

chrollo-lucilfer

conjurer

Materialized telephone allowing you to search for an “ideal partner” according to specific criteria. After entry, it provides a 6 to 20 digit number then guides the user to the target and indicates in particular whether it is nearby. Daily calls are limited and retrying may require a delay or change of zone. Chrollo uses it at Tier 3 to find a user with the ability he wants to steal.

Dial from an area to learn only whether the ideal partner is in range; the handset then refuses until you move, and it has six calls a day.

Cost: Repeated readings improve direction

Lovely Ghostwriter

chrollo-lucilfer

specialist

Ancient ability stolen from Neon Nostrade, capable of predicting in the form of poems the events of the coming weeks based on a person's name, date of birth and blood type. The user cannot predict his own future. She disappeared from Skill Hunter before the Black Whale's journey, suggesting Neon's death.

Select a subject carrying a name, a date and a type; the first quatrain is always its past, and the foretold links become routes.

Cost: Target information and written medium

Gallery Fake

chrollo-lucilfer

conjurer

Ancient ability borrowed from Kortopi: the right hand creates an exact copy of an object touched by the left. Living beings become inert copies, without reproducing their powers, and disappear after twenty-four hours. Chrollo could track every copy with En and created over two hundred against Hisoka. Power presumably disappeared after Kortopi's death.

Click a page element to lay a perfect-looking inert duplicate beside it: the copy answers to nothing the original does.

Cost: Copies vanish after twenty-four hours

Black Voice

chrollo-lucilfer

manipulator

Old ability borrowed from Shalnark. An antenna planted in a target allows it to be controlled entirely by means of a special telephone and to transmit voice orders. Chrollo kept a second antenna as a threat and feint. The ability presumably disappeared after Shalnark's death.

Plant both antennae in buttons or links, then click anywhere; the order goes into one of them and never says which.

Cost: One antenna and one controller

Silent Majority

silent-majority-user

conjurer

The user conjures up a masked puppet that only they and a possessed person can see, then chooses a victim from ten people within range. Four materialized snakes, covered with several mouths and visible to all, pierce the target and suck its blood. A snake takes forty-four seconds to empty a body; the four together only require eleven. Their eyes on the puppet's chest light up during the attack. The ability appears visually guided and uses Manipulation. If the puppet is unexpectedly deactivated without having killed anyone, the curse turns against its user. Snakes disappear as soon as Nen is deactivated.

Mark ten page targets to conceal the user among them; four snakes then drain the next selected victim while the others remain suspects.

Cost: Ten nearby targets · one mandatory victim

Battle Cantabile: Prologue

bonolenov-ndongo

conjurer

Bonolenov dances and plays a melody by passing air through the holes in his body. Prologue materializes around him a warrior's outfit as well as a long spear, which he wields at high speed to pierce his target.

Play the piece over one element to conjure its warrior attire and spear: it gains reach over its neighbours and cover against everything else.

Cost: Continuous movement and rhythm

Battle Cantabile: Jupiter

bonolenov-ndongo

conjurer

After performing the required dance and melody, Bonolenov materializes around himself a gigantic sphere having the appearance of Jupiter. It pursues the target at very high speed as long as it remains within hearing range of the music, then crushes it under its mass.

Conjure Jupiter over a target; once the dance is done it chases, and only leaving earshot of the music escapes it.

Cost: One massive impact

Battle Cantabile: Metamorphosen

bonolenov-ndongo

conjurer

Bonolenov can take on the appearance of a person with whom he has spoken. It maintains this form for a period of up to the time spent with the model; staying near an unconscious target also seems to count. The transformation has no known size limit, although a large difference in size could reduce its duration. On the Black Whale, he successively imitates Hisoka, Zakuro, Lynch and Owl with enough precision to fool those close to him.

Spend time on a model to buy time in its form, then transform another element; the form drops by itself when that time runs out.

Cost: Model plus target

Blinky

shizuku-murasaki

conjurer

Shizuku materializes a vacuum cleaner capable of absorbing a seemingly unlimited amount of non-living matter. Blinky cannot suck up anything it considers alive or objects made of Nen, a useful restriction for detecting traps. Only the last swallowed object can be spat out and Shizuku does not know where the rest disappears. She usually has to announce out loud what she wants to aspirate. Blinky erases blood, corpses and traces of a crime, removes poisons or gas from an organism without sucking the victim, serves as a club in combat and can drain the blood of an opponent through an open wound.

Name and vacuum nonliving content; Nen refuses to go in, which exposes traps, and a living target gets its foreign effects drawn out instead.

Cost: Declared nonliving target

Double Machine Gun

franklin-bordeau

emitter

Franklin has severed his ten fingers at the level of the distal phalanges and fires aura bullets from their ends at a very high rate. Their speed and power make it possible to massacre several dozen people in a few seconds and to cross Nen constructions while maintaining lethal force. This mutilation was not technically necessary, but his belief that it would make the attack more effective constitutes a voluntary restriction which greatly increases the power of the projectiles.

Every click sprays the target and everything standing beside it; Nen constructs do not stop the bullets.

Cost: Continuous emitted aura

Ripper Cyclotron

phinks-magcub

enhancer

Phinks rotates his arm clockwise and with each rotation increases the amount of aura concentrated in his fist. The power builds up until the next blow: fifteen turns of his right arm were enough to pulverize the resistant body of a Chimera Ant in a single impact. However, he felt that around seven rounds would have been enough and admits to having difficulty calibrating his strikes precisely.

Wind the arm on one target, then punch a different one; under four rotations does nothing and over seven takes the bystanders too.

Cost: Visible wind-up time

Pain Packer

feitan-portor

transmuter

Feitan wraps himself in a conjured armour with a pointed helmet and a wide cape, which packs away the damage he has already taken instead of healing it. Nothing is returned until the wrapping is opened: the more he was hurt before putting it on, the more the released form has to spend. He activates it himself, and only when a fight has gone badly enough to be worth it.

Click anything that still works to take the hit: the wrapping seals its controls and keeps them, and nothing comes back until Rising Sun opens it.

Cost: Damage already taken · nothing returned before the wrapping is opened

Rising Sun

feitan-portor

transmuter

The armour opens and Feitan becomes a small sun: a sphere of light whose heat carbonises everything around him, proportionally to the damage Pain Packer had packed away. Zazan's evolved body was reduced to ash and the ground itself was scorched in a wide radius. The burst does not discriminate — his own companions had to take cover — and it ends the fight rather than continuing it.

Click where the sphere should rise: its radius is however much Pain Packer had packed away, and everything caught inside it is opened.

Cost: Every packed hit, spent at once

Surveillance Paper Dolls

kalluto-zoldyck

manipulator

Kalluto discreetly fixes confetti on a person then makes a paper doll in their image. It can then hear conversations held around the target and gather information remotely without being detected. Even the Brigade's Nen users didn't notice that they were being watched. This technique, or a related ability, also allowed him to locate the exorcist Abengane on Greed Island.

Attach paper dolls to sections; they count and report every DOM change occurring inside their target.

Cost: One paper observer per area

Dance of the Serpent's Bite

kalluto-zoldyck

manipulator

Kalluto drops confetti then lifts it up and throws it at multiple angles with the movements of his fan. As soon as a fragment embeds itself in the target, it gathers the others into a swirling, snake-like current, which converges on that point and pierces the same area. He can repeat the assault with several marks until the body is torn to pieces.

The first confetti sticks at the exact point you click; every volley after that converges on that same wound, wherever you aim.

Cost: Sustained paper swarm

Nen Stitches

machi-komacine

transmuter

Machi transforms her aura into versatile wires that she can mask with In. They are used to control a target's movements like a puppet, track what they touch, set traps, capture, strangle or cut up an opponent. Short, they are extremely resistant and can lift a ton; their strength decreases with their length and when they no longer remain connected to his fingers. Machi also uses them as surgical sutures capable of closing a wound or quickly reattaching a severed limb by reconnecting the tissues with such precision that mobility returns immediately.

Sew two sections together — the shorter the thread, the stronger the seam — or sew a section to itself to put back what was cut off it.

Cost: Thread length and precision

Aura Projectile

theta

unknown

Theta uses her Hatsu to emit a weak projectile of aura towards Tserriednich during her Zetsu exercise. The attack serves to test his ability to maintain complete closure of the aura nodes under pressure and does not appear designed to inflict significant damage. Theta's natural type remains unknown, but the effect likely uses Emission.

Select a target to seal its action in Zetsu; holding perfectly still for three seconds restores it after the controlled shot.

Cost: Three seconds of flawless concentration

Needle People

illumi

manipulator

Illumi infuses needles with aura to reshape faces or completely control a target. Deeply inserted needles turn victims into disposable puppets that obey complex orders until their bodies are exhausted.

Pierce an element with one needle and one order; it carries the order out until it burns itself out, and survives crippled.

Cost: One needle per puppet

Enchanting Music

melody

emitter

Melody projects aura through her flute. Her repertoire relieves fatigue, calms emotions and creates vivid sensory impressions; when she plays with all her heart, a broadcast performance can absorb an enormous audience's attention for up to three minutes.

Play three notes and every other section stops noticing anything for three minutes, however many of them are listening.

Cost: Continuous performance and hearing

Magical Esthetician Cookie

biscuit-krueger

transmuter

Biscuit summons the masseuse Cookie and transmutes a special lotion. Cookie's treatments relieve fatigue and ailments; Piano Massage makes thirty minutes of sleep provide recovery comparable to eight hours.

Click a tired section to restore it while Cookie resets chapter filters, map depth and event progress to a rested baseline.

Cost: One treatment at a time

Body Transformation

biscuit-krueger

transmuter

Biscuit normally maintains a small youthful form but can return to her natural, massively muscular body. She dislikes the appearance, yet it releases her full physical strength.

Click any card to alternate between a compact form that cannot expose nested controls and a full form that restores them.

Cost: Maintained transformation

Hanzo Skill 4

hanzo

conjurer

Hanzo projects a hovering double able to pass through matter while his consciousness leaves his sleeping body. He controls it precisely, but speech or touch directed at the body immediately cancels the projection.

Send the double out of a section and it passes through anything; touching the sleeping body it left behind pulls it straight back.

Cost: Motionless unconscious body

Predator

rihan

conjurer

Rihan grows a counter-creature from his independent analysis of one target ability. Once summoned, the Predator is tailored to devour that ability, but performs poorly against simple attacks, multiple powers or information supplied by others; a success seals Rihan's Nen for 48 hours.

Read one registered Hatsu three times on your own; Predator then counters it everywhere it is carried, and costs all Nen for forty-eight hours.

Cost: Accurate analysis · weak against unknowns

Biohazard

hinrigh-biganduffno

conjurer

Hinrigh changes an object he touches into a living animal while retaining its original function. Handcuffs become pigeons, cameras become cats and weapons become snakes; the transformation ends when its aura supply is exhausted.

Click a nonliving object to animate it a few seconds later, keeping its function; ten small bodies a day, two large, and the aura runs out.

Cost: Direct contact with an object

Spatial Teleportation

luini

emitter

From a room with one closed door and impenetrable walls, Luini opens portals to places he has already visited and can return through a private transit space. If the anchor room's door is opened, that room is permanently reset and cannot be reused.

Send sections into the hidden room, which only opens from a section with a single way out; unsealing that section burns it for good.

Cost: Prepared boundary and return route

Great Hiker

basho

unknown

Basho writes a haiku on paper and invokes its effect. Better poetry and seasonal language increase its power; demonstrated verses create fire, punish lies and produce protective light against weak spirits.

Select three pieces of page copy; a word of light purifies what it names, a word of fire burns it, and a poem with neither does nothing.

Cost: Three lines · quality determines power

Remote Punch

leorio-paradinight

emitter

Leorio strikes a nearby surface and sends aura through it in a line. At a selected point, a portal-like circle forms and an extended fist emerges to uppercut the target from a distance.

Strike an element and the aura runs along its surface, coming up under another element on that same surface; strike again for another fist.

Cost: A connected surface and emitted aura

Priest Staff

saiyu

conjurer

Saiyu conjures a staff whose length he can change, using it both to restrain allies and to finish opponents disabled by his monkeys.

Plant the staff and lengthen it: every thrust reaches one body further out along the row.

Cost: One controlled staff

Three Monkeys

saiyu

unknown

Saiyu uses three Nen monkeys whose attacks remove sight, hearing and speech. Losing the three senses also disrupts the victim mentally and can prevent them from maintaining an active ability.

Each click seals sight, hearing, then speech across the site; the fourth releases all three senses.

Cost: Three successful sensory strikes

Snake Arm

gel

unknown

Gel seemingly transforms one arm into a snake whose head bears four heart-shaped markings and a ribbon. The technique stopped Kanzai during a Zodiac confrontation, but its category, conditions and full capabilities have not been revealed.

Coil the arm three times to tighten it — pinned from the second — and a fourth touch lets go of everything at once.

Cost: Maintained partial transformation

Bird Manipulation

cluck

manipulator

Cluck controls pigeons, and possibly other birds, with enough range and precision to deliver voting forms to more than six hundred Hunters. The complete conditions and limits of the technique remain unknown.

Assign birds to page elements; each pigeon carries a readable dispatch into the flock’s delivery panel.

Cost: One controlled bird per dispatch

Transport Portals

tokarine

emitter

Tokarine possesses a transport-oriented ability intended to move goods between expedition relay points. She states that it cannot teleport and has a much lower capacity than Knov's Hide and Seek, so several additional users would be needed for the mission.

Load sections and advance each through three visible relay stages into recoverable transport storage without teleporting.

Cost: Low capacity · staged transport

Yomotsu Hegui

gidal

unknown

A curse shared by Camilla's Have-Nots. The user spends months or years thinking daily about a target while keeping a connected object and a dagger. To activate it, they burn the object, drink an infusion of its ashes and commit suicide with the dagger. The resulting post-mortem curse drains the target's aura and can kill them; proximity, eye contact, preparation time and resolve determine its speed and strength.

Name the target, keep something connected to it, then perform five rites on that object; distance decides the delay and the fifth ends the user.

Cost: Long preparation · connected object · user’s life

Holy Chain

kurapika

conjurer

Kurapika's cross-tipped thumb chain enhances natural healing. Emperor Time lets it repair severe injuries, including a shattered arm, within seconds.

Close a wound in two passes; content that is not damaged gives the cross nothing to work on.

Cost: Enhancement aura · strongest under Emperor Time

Judgment Chain

kurapika

conjurer

Kurapika implants a blade and chain around a target's heart, declares binding rules and kills the target if one is violated. He also uses it on himself to enforce Chain Jail's vow.

Put the stake in one subject and declare up to two rules onto that same subject; touching anything else is the violation.

Cost: Emperor Time · explicit rule · lethal enforcement

Stealth Dolphin

kurapika

specialist

During Emperor Time, a dolphin Nen Beast analyzes the ability held by Steal Chain. Kurapika can use it once or loan it to another person, whose aura nodes are opened when the borrowed ability is consumed.

Read out what Steal Chain has already taken, then loan it to one recipient; it is spent after a single use and a non-user is awakened by it.

Cost: Emperor Time remains active until the loaded ability is used

Moonlight Act

longhi

manipulator

Longhi offers a voluntary contract with explicit terms, duration, rewards and penalties. Once both parties consent, Moonlight Act enforces the agreement through Manipulation.

Two parties sign voluntarily; touching either of them honours the terms and rewards both, touching anyone else is a breach worth a week of Zetsu.

Cost: Mutual consent · declared duration and penalty

Body and Soul

lynch-fullbokko

emitter

When Lynch punches a target after asking a question, an aura voice from the target's body answers truthfully even if their conscious mouth lies or stays silent.

Ask once and punch; keep hitting the same target and its own voice expands on the answer it already gave.

Cost: A direct punch after a clear question

Bloody Mary

zakuro-custard

manipulator

Zakuro manipulates blood released from an open wound. It can restrain targets or divide into eyed droplets that search independently for thirty to forty minutes before returning to normal blood.

Release a drop and leave it: it reports its findings on its own over the next minutes, then dries up and takes them with it.

Cost: Open wound · carried blood supply · limited search time

A Battle of Wits: LSDF

yokotani

conjurer

While Morena is present in the Heil-Ly hideout, Yokotani identifies unlawful intruders and conjures invincible guards. Their level rises with the crime; they cannot injure defendants but can expel them.

Designate the hideout, then stand a numbered guard on any intruder inside it: it can do nothing, and nothing can be done to it.

Cost: Morena present · hideout only · declared offense

Damage: Sweet Home

terebellum

emitter

Terebellum redirects damage received by a touched object or person into another touched target. Damage is transferred rather than erased and the exact living-target conditions remain limited.

Rest the left hand on a recipient first; every blow after that lands there instead, and striking the recipient itself makes it take the damage.

Cost: Prior contact with both source and recipient

Hideout Doors

voconte

conjurer

Voconte creates doors throughout the Heil-Ly base, connecting rooms into a controlled network and letting members reroute movement through the hideout.

Arm one frame and one return frame; stepping into either comes out at the other, walking past does nothing, and Nen constructs are not moved.

Cost: Prepared hideout walls and connected rooms

I’m Coming to Get You

padaille

conjurer

Padaille transforms parts of his body into weapons and tools he knows, keeping bodily control of them. Which tool answers is not his to choose: the arm becomes a hammer, a drill or an axe at random, and each does one thing to what it meets — the hammer drives it into the ground, the drill bores a hole through it, the axe cuts it in two.

Strike a target and see what the arm became: a hammer drives it into the floor, a drill bores a hole through it, an axe cuts it in two.

Cost: Transformed limb · no say in the shape

Camilla's Guardian Coercion

prince-camilla

manipulator

Camilla's Guardian Spirit Beast can completely control a target after unknown conditions are fulfilled. The exact trigger and behavior remain unrevealed.

Fulfil three unknown-condition contacts on one target; the third contact captures its control for remote command.

Cost: Unknown conditions · represented as three unresolved contacts

Guardian Coins

prince-zhanglei

conjurer

Zhang Lei's Guardian Spirit Beast produces a coin each day. Its value and stored aura grow with time, reset on transfer and are expected to grant abilities under long-term conditions that remain partly hypothetical.

Revisit the same holder to multiply the coin by ten and eventually awaken it; giving the coin to anyone else resets it to 1 and wipes what was accumulated.

Cost: Long accumulation · transfer resets value

Three-Lie Transformation

prince-tserriednich

manipulator

Tserriednich's Guardian Spirit Beast cuts a person who lies to him, infects the wound after a second lie and warns that a third will transform the liar into something inhuman.

The beast judges each answer and only marks the ones it reads as lies: a cut, then an infected warning, then something no longer itself.

Cost: Three lies told in Tserriednich’s presence

Collaborative Drug Synthesis

prince-tubeppa

transmuter

With a collaborative partner, Tubeppa's Guardian Spirit Beast synthesizes drugs and chemicals capable of producing many effects. Their exact range remains unknown.

Choose two collaborating components; two carrying routes give a shortcut, two carrying material give a revelation, and a mismatched pair gives an inert batch.

Cost: Active alliance · two cooperating components

Eye-wogs

prince-tyson

emitter

Eye-wogs attach to readers of Tyson's Book, collect their aura and return happiness proportional to how deeply they have absorbed its teachings. Breaking the doctrine's taboo brings punishment.

Attach an Eye-wog to a reader: it levies one control and returns happiness in proportion to how much was read; asking twice breaks the one taboo.

Cost: Book exposure · continuous aura levy

Desire Trap

prince-luzurus

conjurer

Luzurus's Guardian Spirit Beast materializes a target's desire as bait. Satisfying that desire triggers a trap followed by pseudo-coercive Manipulation.

Read a target and the Beast materializes its desire as bait; the coercion only starts once the bait is taken.

Cost: Known desire · voluntarily satisfied bait

Diffusive Aura Smoke

prince-salesale

manipulator

Salé-salé's Guardian Spirit Beast emits smoke that gradually creates goodwill toward him. Converted people grow copies that spread the influence further, while holding one's breath prevents infection.

Expose neighboring sections repeatedly; converted controls join a spreading panel that routes visitors toward Salé-salé.

Cost: Sustained exposure · breathable aura smoke

Are You Free?

prince-momoze

manipulator

A small beast repeatedly asks whether a target is free. Refusal prolongs the solicitation; agreement inserts a spider into the target's ear and takes control while feeding on the victim's aura.

Ask a target and touch it again for yes; every target left unanswered keeps being pestered, and only one body can be held at a time.

Cost: Repeated solicitation · explicit yes · heavy host fatigue

Room 1013 Isolation

prince-marayam

emitter

Marayam's Guardian Spirit Beast isolates room 1013 behind a spatial barrier. Occupants can leave, but outsiders and former occupants reach an empty duplicate and can no longer perceive those still inside.

Isolate the real room, then watch anyone outside who reaches for it arrive in an empty copy instead.

Cost: Protected room · one-way perceptual boundary
